Meet Rainbeau

The first thing you should know about me is that I love life — and I want you to love yours, too. I’m a little awkward, I ask a lot of questions, and I love the outdoors.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), an NCAA-accredited program, and an Active Life Professional Candidate — a comprehensive mentorship that bridges fitness and pain management through education, assessment, and individualized program design.

But my journey with fitness goes far beyond certifications — it’s been a lifetime in the making.

As a military spouse of 20 years, I built a successful media business in Alabama while homeschooling two kids who both started college at 15 and 16. I also served as an executive officer on a philanthropic nonprofit board — all while prioritizing healthy habits, workouts, and adventure. With my husband, I’ve hiked the Sacred Valley of the Incas in Peru, trekked over 170 miles of the Idaho Centennial Trail, and explored countless trails around the world.

It wasn’t always this way, though. In school, I avoided gym class at all costs. I couldn’t stand running laps or being surrounded by the football team in the weight room. Everything about “fitness” felt intimidating. Then, in 2011, a friend invited me to try CrossFit — and it sparked something. It wasn’t love at first rep, but it was the first time I thought, maybe I can take care of this body so it can do the things I love.

In 2014, I worked with my first personal trainer and learned how movement could build strength, confidence, and quality of life. From there, I kept learning, experimenting, and growing — through every season of change, every move, and every new goal.

Today, my workouts are about so much more than lifting weights. They’re about hiking stronger, moving without pain, and feeling capable in my own body. And that’s exactly what I want for you, too.

If you’ve ever felt out of place in a gym, uncertain about what to do next, or frustrated by pain or confusion, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out alone, either.
